I'm passionate about technology, programming, problem solving and building things that make a difference.
GET TO KNOW ME
I'm Ella, a Computer Security & Forensics graduate with a strong interest in software development, cybersecurity and problem solving.
I've always been drawn to the investigative side of computer science. I particularly enjoy debugging, investigating problems and understanding why something isn't working before finding a practical solution.
Throughout my degree, I've developed experience across programming, algorithms, computer networks, cybersecurity and digital forensics. I'm now looking to build on these skills in a professional environment while continuing to learn and develop as a technology professional.

MY JOURNEY
My academic background and professional experiences have helped me develop both technical and transferable skills.
Studied computer security, programming, algorithms, computer networks and digital forensics, developing technical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Studied English Literature, Biology and Computer Science, developing a combination of analytical, scientific and technical skills.
Served as Head Girl during sixth form, representing the student body and supporting the school community. The role developed my leadership, communication, organisation and confidence, while giving me experience working with both students and staff.
Completed my secondary education before progressing to A Levels and subsequently studying Computer Security & Forensics at university.
Worked with students to develop their coding skills, helping them understand programming concepts and solve problems through practical activities.
Working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, developing strong communication, teamwork, organisation and problem-solving skills while working under pressure.
Worked on election days as part of the local election staff, following procedures accurately and helping support the smooth running of polling operations.
Completed a work experience placement, gaining an introduction to a professional working environment and developing workplace skills.
